John Fitzpatrick

John Fitzpatrick is a former solicitor who is wanted in connection with 31 offences relating to investment and mortgage frauds and the misappropriation of client money. Mr Fitzpatrick was employed by TI Clough & Co solicitors in Bradford between February 2000 and September 2000, however he also operated as a solicitor under his own name from his home address. The alleged offences took place between 1996 and 2001. Mr Fitzpatrick was struck off the Roll of Solicitors on 8 March 2002.

The case against Mr Fitzpatrick is connected to the case against Noel Ward, Raymond Brown, Tracy Ryder, Ian Colphon and Andrew Young which was successfully prosecuted by the SFO in 2004.

Warrant of arrest

There is currently an outstanding domestic warrant for the arrest of Mr Fitzpatrick.

Whereabouts of John Fitzpatrick

Mr Fitzpatrick is believed to have left the UK. The SFO and West Yorkshire Police are continuing to monitor the situation and would welcome any information regarding his whereabouts.
