R. v. Robb SIMMS-DAVIES, Nigel WILSON and Trevor WRIGHT

The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) conducted a criminal investigation into the suspected payment of bribes to win contracts within the UK construction sector.

Charges have been brought against a number of individuals in connection with bribery allegations.

The first appearance at Southwark Crown Court was on Tuesday 17 August 2021.

The case is listed for trial. The prosecution is due to open its case on 24 October 2022 at Southwark Crown Court.
