Operation Hazel is an investigation into alleged pension fraud in respect of the entities mentioned below.

It is my understanding that you may have invested your pension, or part of your pension through any of the following companies; Jackson Francis Limited, Sanderson Clarke Limited, Hudson Clark Limited, Portia Financial, TPS Land, CLP Brokers, PFR Services or Pinnacle Brokers, with the investments in storage pods or other products made through a Self-Invested Personal Pension [SIPP] or in one of the following schemes:

  1. Henley Retirement Benefit Scheme
  2. Capita Oak Pension Scheme
  3. Trafalgar Multi Asset Fund

Questionnaire

As part of our ongoing investigation, we are asking for your help by inviting you to complete a secure on-line questionnaire which you can access by clicking on the following link or typing the URL in to your browser.

After landing on the SFO website select the option ‘Our Cases’ then navigate via the “Current cases” link to the case – “Capita Oak Pension and Henley Retirement Benefit schemes and Trafalgar Multi Asset Fund”. You will then find an option on this page to download the questionnaire.

Please note that even if you have already completed our previous questionnaire, we would ask that you also complete the new questionnaire.  

After downloading the questionnaire, please SAVE it immediately before completing any of the fields and then SAVE it again BEFORE submitting your completed questionnaire. Failing to save the questionnaire may result in some of the data you entered being lost.

Opting Out

If you did not invest in any of the schemes mentioned, or if you do not wish or are unable to assist the SFO with this investigation, you are invited to complete a secure on-line Opt-Out form which you can access by clicking on the following link or typing the URL in to your browser.

After landing on the SFO website select the option ‘Our Cases’ then navigate via the “Current cases” link to the case – “Capita Oak Pension and Henley Retirement Benefit schemes and Trafalgar Multi Asset Fund”. You will then find an option on this page to download the Opt-Out form.

Following receipt of your completed OPT-OUT form will allow us to update our records and save you from receiving further unnecessary communication regarding this investigation.

Please note, if you decide to opt-out but you did invest in any of the schemes we are investigating and you select Option 8 (the last box) on the Opt-out Form you will still be included on our list of investors who may be eligible for criminal compensation. Therefore should the court decide criminal compensation is applicable we will contact you again at that time.

Please be aware that the investigation and court process will take a considerable length of time and there can be no certainty that compensation will be available.
